All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time the visual depictions were created.

We require all content creators to submit valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age and identity prior to being granted broadcasting privileges. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by our compliance department.

The Custodian of Records for all content produced and uploaded by independent creators to this platform is the respective creator. Livecasto maintains verification records of the creators as required by law.
