1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Livecasto ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use this site.

2. User Conduct & Content Rules

Users and Models agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any transmission of illegal content, non-consensual media, or content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Payments and Payouts

Livecasto processes transactions for virtual tokens. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Models will receive payouts to their designated BTC wallets in accordance with our payout schedule and minimum threshold requirements.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, chargebacks, or violation of our community guidelines.
